“New Notnu” a 3-week art exhibit dedicated to Dr. Frances Cress Welsing by local elder Notnu Ellison opened today at the VI Council on the Arts gallery across from Fort Christian in Charlotte Amalie St. Thomas, United Virgin Islands.
