On Saturday, March 11th – 4:00 PMWEFUS held another thought provoking lecture entitled” “The Issue of Status and Citizenship for Virgin Islanders Before and After the Transfer” presented by Mr. Gerard Emanuel, Educator and Historian of St. Croix.
Held Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 4pm, attendees learned V. I. History specific to the issues of status and citizenship from a lecture with Gerard Emanuel who spoke on the citizenship before and after the 1917 transfer of the Virgin Islands.
